TinyMCE problem need help atonce

hey i when i load my New Story page Story Ext comes with no tiny MCE editor its blank wha should i do ?? i need step by step guidance.

i am new to php-nuke i dont think my php-nuke version is patched and my php-nuke version is 7.8 nad how can i patch my php-nuke need guidance.

Now i am facing a big problem my site dosent seems to work it shows a blank page i 've patched my site using this link:http://www.nukeresources.com/downloadview-details-1037-Nuke_7.8_Patched.html

it is for 7.8 and my site is 7.8 version i've overwrite all the files with this one. now i am very nervouse plz help Sad

ok i;ve solved da blank page problem but i still get the tinyMCE erro and editor is still now showing i've patched my php-nuke.

Link us to your site please, and show us where the TinyMCE editor should be showing where it is not.

Please hurry up i still cant use editor on my php-nuke site do i need to download tinyMCE actually i've already downloaded the latest vesion do i need to overwrite it to tinyMCE folder please need ur urgent help.

i am also getting this in my New stopy page on the bottom of the page:

The banners.php problem - it means your theme hasn't been updated to work with 7.8 and higher.

in your theme.php

but i cant see the editor whats happening and it is still is the lower side of every page and one more problem occur all my right side block are not shoing plz reply hurry.

Also look at my banner its not showing complete banner i dont understand what happened to my site please suggest me i want to back up my block so i need to back my blocks folder and all the images are hosted on free file hoster they will be backup automatically when restore the data base and which version do i need to use of php-nuke which version is safe and tell me the good patch site for that.

Do you see the editor when you are logged in as admin? Logged in as user?

If you used the Patched files, you will need to see the readme to fix your themes for right blocks.

If you need the WYSIWYG editor, then use 7.8 + Patched files from http://www.nukeresources.com

i get this on my index page when i patched WySIWYG using nukeresource link:
