I am looking for a file upload program where users can go to "Add Download" in the download section and be able to upload a file from there or a module which does the same (also with the function of being approved or not)

I have seen a few "uploaders" around but i don't think they are what i am looking for or the download links to get the module don't work, ever.

Nevermind i found a good version of Enhanced Downloads Module 2.1 for the new phpnuke. You can get it at http://www.reelsoundofmusic.com/modules.php?name=Downloads&d_op=viewdownload&cid=5#cat if anyone is wondering.
