I know this has been asked, as I have searched the forums for this particular question but the results that have been given to me have either outdated links, pages that are no longer in service, or the module is not listed. I am seeking the following:
[1] a module similar to that of a photo gallery that people can upload their own videos and be rated
-and/or-
[2] a module where the admin can upload videos to be rated
This would be much appreciated. I am willing to pay up to $29.99 for a good code as well. THANK YOU!

I dont know if you are still around to look for this, but my video block came from http://www.phpnukevideo.com/ I think I paid like $25 but this guy's site was hacked a while back...about two weeks ago.
