adding a Log Out button in my user information

hey everyone,
as my topic title already says, im trying to put a Log Out button in the User Information area.

can someone please give a hint what code i must insert

i've tried it simple

but that doesnt work.
and im sure that was a wrong piece of coding, can someone pleaseeeeeeee give me the right piece of code, or link what i must insert.

Post the full code so I can see where you are trying to place it - what does it do when you try this?
