fixed. had to change the db host name to localhost instead of ip in config.php.
not sure why i had to change that now.

so how can i fix my problem i mean , check this out site works the whole day right? then i send out mass email to my pplz to check out new pictures that i posted from car show .....well everybody gets on etc and i get that error i think this error i am getting is faulty server from hosting company or some type of db error ........duno what it is but can some1 help me ? tx

Check that your config.php settings are correct, and that your config table is loaded with the correct information from your nuke.sql file

ty my man ............acctualy a problem was with hosting provider! they limited connections to mysql ! ..........thats what the problem was ......."at least thats what they told me"
