Feedback formatting problems

Hi,
Whenever I receive a feedback email from my phpnuke site, the message usually has code mixed in it. How can I fix it so it doesn't come through like this? Sample below:

Message: This is a test message.  I\'m trying to fix this so the<br />symbols don\'t show up anymore in the emails received.<br />Even the "quotes" don\'t work right.<br />

Firstly, Have You Tried Uploading A Freshly Downloaded Version Of The Feedback Module To See If That Fixes It??
