on my site when logged in as admin compared to a normal user it takes 22 extra queries for my index.php page.

What is going on that takes 22 queries when logged in as an admin? And how could this by tweaked to be less?

I found my admin "waiting content" block takes about 9 queries. So i have edited it to only come up when $index=1
