When new users register on my site they get the following message after pressing "SUBMIT" in the profile form.

The problem is that there is no conformiation code displayed on that page so it's impossible to know the code.

I have experimentet a little with and without code in the config file and now its currently set to

But I cant see a single code anywhere. Even at login for my own user and admin user.

Anyone know what causes this?

check that your php had gd enabled look in php.ini where it says extention_gd or extention_gd2

and make sure its enabled.

there are many posts on this topic use the search i sure you will find something

I installed GD and that fixed it.
