Before anyone yells at me, yes i've searched and read the specific topic under fixes. I have two instances on the same server one being a fresh install w/ bbtonuke upgraded to .21 while the other being a 7.7 upgraded to 7.8 and bbtonuke upgraded to .21. The fresh install of 7.8 just gives a blank screen under every theme including DeepBlue, if you view the source it's like it just stops when it comes time to lay down the forums. On the upgraded from 7.7 install I get this error:

I've went so far as to turn error_reporting(E_ALL); on and found there is three warnings/notices at the top of the forums page, one of which being undefined variables index and user from modules.php. These errors I don't find on another server with the same exact nuke installs on them, literally ftp'd over from one to the other. If anyone has any ideas or can offer any advice or help, feel free.
