Problem With my_eGallery After Moving To A New Host

Hi

I Have Problems With My Sites After Moving To A New Host.
I Downloaded All Files From My Old Host And Uploaded Them To The New Host And Then Saved The Database And Uploaded That To The New Host.
And Now Some Of The Moules Do Not Work On The Site

one problem is when i try to set a new categorie in my_eGallery i get a message saying
The media you try to upload exceeds the maximum file size in 'General Settings' or in 'php.ini'.
i have changed the setting for the file size but i still get this message.

when someone trys to upload a image to the site this message is given
You can't post this file: Filetype not supported
but i have most filetypes supported.
