Can someone tell me where i can get a theme editor at for phpnuke 7.9? I wanna mod the Orion theme as seen here, i wanna remove the search and Topics section so the logo will be bigger.

You should be able to remove those quite easily.
If you open the header.html file for the theme you using and look for the reference to the search and topics in the html code and remove it.
Make sure you have a backup first, just in case anything goes wrong.
If you need a hand with anything let me know, it should only take 5 minutes to remove those two bits.

i tried but when i remove them my page is blank nothing appears
