Is there a way to have the News (messages) display in a sequence I want them to display? In this case I have one News message that I want to be the very first item and it is instead the 5th item. How can I force it to be #1?
If you want something always at the top, place it in the Messages box. It won't give you the functionality that the News system has, but it is the quickest way to do so.
Another tip that I use is to program every story for the next day and post them very early in the morning. I schedule them in 5 minute increments so that the top story is the last story posted. Then, for that day, the top story is always at the top of the list. All stories are then posted with their relative importance ordered by posting time.
