7.9 - "Edit Admins" not working

I've upgraded from 7.8 -> 7.9 and when I click on "Edit Admins" I get a banner from my Advertisers followse by "Illegal Operation" on the next line...

The reason I want to look at the admins is because My site was majorly hacked.
I can I check the admins through phpMyAdmin ?
I assume it's there users table, but what column/value specifies an admin ?

It's stored in the authors table - are you using the God account?

I wasn't using the God account - I can see the Admins if I use it.

It use not be like that....

Is it a good Idea to reset my Admins after a hack ?

Yes, I would suggest clearing your authors table and creating a new God account
