Another teamspeak block request for help

I get this error in my teamspeak block:-

An error connecting to the TeamSpeak server has occured!
Error number: 97
Error description: Address family not supported by protocol

When I click on the teamspeak link in the nav bar I get this message appear at the bottom of the screen :-

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare getsocket() (previously declared in /home/sdaname/public_html/dnl/modules/Teamspeak/index.php:25) in /home/sdaname/public_html/dnl/blocks/block-ts.php on line 24

I have entered my teamspeak info correctly, and uploaded the tables to the mysql ok.

Any info would be greatly appreciated. I have read the other TS threads but none seem to cover my problem

Sounds like you have the same socket being called twice, which is what that error is about, you trying to connect to more than one server?
