I tried searching and just didnt get the answers and the howto didnt help

I use SandJourney as my theme I want a javascript menu bar

I got one ready but have no idea where everything goes-
I have files- do they go in the Sandjourney folder?

I have the first part of the script which is supposed to go into <head> but there is no <head> where does this go?

I have the actual menu script. I want it just above the blocks and news- where would I put this?

Do i need to modify the code into hph?

Help please?

Depending on what version you are using, the head code can be added to the includes/my_header.php or includes/custom_files/custom_header.php file

The actual menu needs to go into your theme header, usually header.html or theme.php

I don't know what other files are doing, so I couldn't tell you. If they are path specific, you may want to put them in relative to your Nuke root

Posting the header script in- Can I just paste it in the end of does it need to be somewhere in the text already there?

The head code should be able to place anywhere

OK-
this is in include/myheader.php
it references a file which amd the path matches where the files are
the scriptcode is in themes.php and I get a blankscreen

Should I-
configure the script into php using the html to php module and drop THAT in theme.php?

Well if your code isn't using PHP, then you will need to convert it to PHP code.

Is there a quick way to do this?

To display your content, use the echo function
Code:

echo "TEXT HERE";

Note: All quote marks you want to display must start with a slash in front
Code:

echo "double quote \" here";
