Nope its only 1 of my members that seems to be Restricted for some reason...Me and 2 other members logged in on his account ..Worked fine for Us.....
Do you think he's IP might have gotten banned some where's during the 2.0.19 upgrade?
He's the only one having this problem...
Also since the upgrade one of the members Sig wont show up at all ,even with the proper [IMG]...Mine shows up fine ,also the Avatars are giving me problems....I corrected the Avatar Path in the Forum Control Panel still didnt help much..

Nope he tries logging in on the Main Page using the Login inside the User Information Module...Even tried the LogIn Module on the home page....Keeps saying He's Restricted....
Cant use anything on the site what so ever..
As for Security that would be the standard Security of PHP Nuke 7.9..
Not running the Sential Protection..Not yet at least..
