I need help making this module in to a block!

hey guys i dont know what to do here and i really want this module http://www.streamsolutions.co.uk/downloads/shoutcast/statsinternational.zip in to a block because its really very small and it belongs as a block not as a module.

is there anyone who could be kind enough to make it in to a block or help me do it id really appreciate it .. thanks.

could anyone take the time to help me make this block it would mean alot to me Wink

i would be glad to share the complete block after i mix the 2 for anyone who wants shoutcast related blocks.. this is my last hurdle lol and im stuck

are there any blocks that show peoples locations that anyone has seen , perhaps on a sitevisitor block or something?
