ok i am real new at nuke and at this UTstatsDB pgm so please be patient. i have installed it on php nuke 7.6 and it shows up fine on the website i have it on. everyone playing, map, server etc... but its not logging anything. here is the message i get when i go to update the stats

Initializing ftp file transfer.
Connected to '72.36.157.139' on port '5647' for user 'XXXXXX'.
Error listing ftp directory 'UserLogs/Stats_*'.

Processing directory './Logs/' for 'Stats_*':
No log files to process.
Initializing ftp file transfer.

can anyone help please...im a patient person, but this is wearing my patience down after many hours of trial and "ERROR" lol thx

ok i figured out what the prob is, now can someone help me solve it?
the prob is that the game servers ftp address has the port number attached to it so that it can be accessed, i.e. xx.xx.xx.xx:1234
and it does not seem to want to transfer any of the logs from the userlogs folder. i tried using another server i have that doesnt use the port in the address and everything works fine and it transfers on port 21. is there a way to have the other server be able to transfer the stat files without having to remove the port number in the address?

I have the same problem. If this has ever been figured out or posted on, I'm sure trying like heck to find that answer.

Your host must allow traffic on that port. There's nothing you can do if they block it

Do you mean the game server host or the web site host must allow traffic on port 7777?
