Sometime during the past few months as I applied various fixes, I started having problems with 3 users - all of which have 2 char usernames (hw, tj, tc , etc...)
Forum "Search by Author" always returns "no results found" and their post count fails to increment. I'm running v7.7 with 3.2 patches. I installed the "Aphrodite" template a few weeks ago. Don't know if it's related to the problems I'm having or not. Any guidance would be appreciated.

I believe it is a restriction with phpBB, you'd have to see their forums for any solutions
Many thanks. I implemented the fix and it seems to work just fine. Now the only I'm still trying to track down is why these user's post counts don't increment :-/

I tested this on a nuke7.7 site with Chatserv's 3.2 patches installed, and two character authors posts increment just fine for me. So...sorry not a clue why this is happening on your site. I dont think it is theme related
