I am having problems displaying images and links with the basic bb code. Im sure the code is correct.

This code...

Code:
[url=http://yourbeats.com/index/index.html][img]http://yourbeats.com/banner1.gif[/img][/url]

That would display

Image

Only displays
Code:
[url=http://yourbeats.com/index/index.html][img]http://yourbeats.com/banner1.gif[/img][/url]

Also basic bb link

http://yourbeats.com

Literally displays

Code:
[url]http://yourbeats.com[/url]

But however the simplest url form

www.yourbeats.com does work correctyly.

Let me further state this is only in the signature area!

Thanks Alot...

I am having the same problem on our guild site. The person who runs it says it works fine for him and then retyped my sig himself and it worked. I then looked at what he put and it came out as this...

[img:272eca6158]http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v297/Rheannan/WoW/rheawowsig1.jpg[/img:272eca6158]

So there's some code behind the image tag. I have no idea why or what that all means. I'm pretty sure he didn't put it there or he would have said.

I found my answer. I have the GoogleTap instllaled so the url is rewritten to...

www.yourwebsite.com/forums-profile-signature.html

There is a secret little signature editor there.. or atleast in php-nuke platinum.

I would suggest... making sure all tags are allowed in the forum part of the site.

Also read... some themes don't have that cpability.

Try testing it on other themes.

Its "wierd" for lack of a better word.

Good luck Exclamation

Glad you found your answer. Smile Thanks for the reply.

That doesn't seem to be our issue, since it seems to be something with the tag. I'll keep looking into it.

If anyone else has any idea, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Nevermind, I figured it out. I'm a n00b. I have to change the sig in the Forum "Profiles" section, not the "Your Account" section. ><

The Your_Account module does not accept BBCode, you must do it through the Forums Profile
