Hello all!

I upgraded MySQL (now I have 4.1.1), and upgraded php to 5.1.2 and now all of a sudden (after a painfull management to at least bring up my nuke to be visible and connected to the db, etc. I am not able to see the forums!
It sais "The forum you selected does not exist" when you click on one of the forums.
If I try to go to the Forums administration panel, the page just hangs and you see the browser trying to connect (I see that in the status bar) to links like "....left@sid=s485hed54739..." as if looking for a session id or something.
I checked the tables and they have the forums all fine. the database was not modified or corupted (I ran a table repair also but in vain)...

PLease help as I ran out of all possible ideas of what to do...

thank you VERY MUCH!!!

Gabi.

This was crossposted on another site, but I'll give my response for those searching:

I expect it is a problem with PHP 5. You may have to play with some configurations to get it to work. phpBB Group does not support PHP 5.
