Upgrading from 7.5 to 7.9 - Dierctly or by steps?

I currently have 7.5 and have gotten 7.9 to upgrade to. In the Upgrade folder there are 4 files, 7.5-7.6, 7.6-7.7, 7.7-7.8, and 7.8-7.9. Which do I use for 7.5 to 7.9? Do I have to do each one in order, or can I just use the last one (7.8-7.9) to go directly to 7.9?

You have to do them step-by-step
I don't recommend 7.9 - it is still a lot of junk, untested code by FB
