banner_terms - unable to change country

Hi,
I have upgraded from 7.5 to 7.8 platinum. Upgraded my database and everything works OK except for the advertising Terms.

When trying to change the country from the default? Canada, I am unable to do so. Even with phpMyAdmin I am unable to change the name of the country in the database table - it just goes to a blank page when I try to edit.

Is this a bug in the upgrade of the database table or something I have done?

Any thoughts?

Should not be a bug in the database. I seem to be able to change it fine.

Does this Platinum package include the latest Patched files?

Yes - patched3.1

I can alter the country at the GUI - ..../admin.php?op=ad_terms
but it doesn't record on the database.

Looking at the database in phpMyAdmin shows the warning: 'Warning No index defined!' at the 'nuke_banner_terms' table.

Iam unable to change the country name directly using phpMyAdmin.

The same thing is happening on two sites I have upgraded - differnet databases upgraded using the same process

I'm sure it's the database.

Was yours an upgraded database or a clean install?

I have found how to get in with phpMyAdmin so it's not the database itself.

However I still can't make any changes using the GUI at '.../admin.php?op=ad_terms'

The changes are made on the page but aren't recorded on the database. I can add clients and banners, but not change the Terms or country
