help with banner/box

Hi, how can i move this top box in my forum. I want to completely remove it..

i need this box removed. ( :forums ) I have searched for the code all over, i found it in the modules code, when i viewed the source.. but unable to find it in the php code anywhere under the skins ect..

any ideas?
