How to show a welcome header just in the index page and a diferent header for the rest of the site?

You'd have to do some code in your theme.php
Like the right-blocks code, you essentially have to check for $index or INDEX_FILE and load the correct header codes

Add your welcome message code written by php (and tags) into /includes/custom_header.php.

If your phpnuke version does nut support custom_header.php, then go to /include directory to find my_header.php.

Then, add your welcome message to the top of either. Then, your welcome message will come up in every header.
