HTML Code showing up in forum post and images not showing up

Hey guys,
I come back because i had great help with my last problem. My site is almost complete but i come to another bump in the road. First, everytime i or someone else post in my forums, HTML code shows up in the post and i cant seem to get rid of it.

My second problem is some of the buttons are not showing up in the theme. im not sure if this is a bug or not. What i mean by some of the buttons not showing up is. when you are in my forums, and want to post something, there suppose to be buttons and not text.

im hoping someone can help me with this because im new to phpnuke. please pm me if you can help. please visit the site and look through the forums and you will see the problems.

post your javascript.php file to here. I will fix it manually. After then, copy and paste it to your phpnuke.
