Hello..I dont know if this is happening to me or just everyone..the shoutbox on my site is really messed up..every time i post a message this is what it shows..

Ive even went to other php nuke sites with shoutboxes like mine and they are all doing the same thing..is this everyone or is it just me and how to fix it?
Next problem I am having is the sigs will not show up in the signature..I post this code in the signature box

and whenever i post in the forums it just shows that code it will not show my sig!..
