'ob_gzhandler' cannot be used twice in Unknown on line 0

In Forum, I got the quoted error and found that my server has 3 of ob_gzhandler in
mainfile, include/page_header.php, and Forums/admin/page_header_admin.php
Is there any solution?

Thank you very much.
I downloaded it but got error in decompress.
My tool recognize tar.gz but failed.
What's wrong?

Sorry for the above post and got torrentspy finally.
I hardly understand the people who make this world more complicated.
I don't know the reason why they made this. I think winzip or similar one is better and enough....

Turn output_buffering on

In php.ini
output_buffering = On

In .htaccess file
PHP_FLAG output_buffering On
