When I upgrade from 7.3 to 7.4 (or any thing higher) it says it is succesful, but when I login to admin panel the only button I see is logout. Same with Admin graphics disabled. I tryed deleting all admins in nuke_authors but then when I sign up I never get activation email and are forced to restore.

I'm having this same problem as well... I can't seem to get past v7.3 without problems... 7.4 gives me the problem discribed above.
