Member chat block?

Hi all, I was wondering if anyone knew where i can get something so that my members could chat with one another while they are on the site? I have looked but couldnt find anything. Something much like an instant message would be nice, not so much an entire chat room!

Why no use the PM feature? That feature lets your users know when someone sent them a PM.
