Weve had our website runnig for about a year now and weve had the fair few of problems but ive come across one i cannot fix, when i try to delete a topic on the forums, it comes up with this error after ive clicked YES when the choice comes up..

im not quite sure what the problem is....
the server is not hosted by me but i have ftp access, i also do not know how to CHMOD or anything....
