The server in question:
VPS
8gb ram max, 512mb guaranteed
2x3133.4mhz max, 417.7mhz guaranteed (CPU)
We run several nuke sites on our vps, but the largest one by far is the one above ... I cant really figure out what the slowdown is, but at times the pageload will be 2 seconds or less, and others it will be 40+ .. (according to the timer on the page at the bottom)
I've been reading about tweaking/tuning mysql and apache to optimize my server's resources.. but it's all greek to me, and i usually wind up really screwing things up ...
