Did I goof? Updating bbNuke before importing phpbb?

phpnuke version 7.7
New phpnuke install, both phpbb and bbnuke are at .17

Three questions:

1. Was this the right thing to do, or should I have imported phpbb forums and THEN updated bbnuke to latest version?

2. I have not activated Forums and site is telling me no forums exist, BUT (don't know why it does this) when I do a Member List, it looks like it is using the phpbb forum layout and it lists three users (all test users created by me). Will these "users" be blown out by the import?

3. If so, what will that do to my ability to access the nuke site?

What script did you use to import your phpBB to phpNuke?

Have not done it yet. I was wanting to know if I should reinstall phpnuke if it was wrong for me to update bbnuke before importing.

Which do you recommend?

Well it really depends on the conversion script. If it is for a specific version of phpBB, I would try and use that version Smile

There is a BBtoNuke 2.0.17 on nukeresources.com.

Would I use that one? Or is that just an upgrade script and not a forum conversion script...I'm getting confused. Is there a .17 conversion script?

BBToNuke is specifically designed to upgrade the forums within phpNuke. It is not a conversion script

I did not know there was more than one phpbb to bbnuke script out there. Which would you suggest I use?

Hello there , i have downloaded the BBToNuke update .But i dont know what to do with it i try to replace my old phpbb files with BBToNuke downloaded update files and when i execude upgrade14-15.php it i see something like this:
