None of those are in standard phpNuke, are you using an addon or other kind of package?
i use normal phpnuke.
for the addons do you mean addons like extra modules blocks ? if yes then yeah i have addons installed which i installed from nukecops.

Yes, those extra things you installed are the problem. What exactly did you install? Did you make sure you had the file
includes/functions_color_groups.php ?
i have installed nukejokes and guestbooks and for the blocks i have installed various different advanced userinfo blocks.
for the funtions_color_group.php i cant find anywhere i use the search tool in my server but cant find such file.
