at the top of this site you have the links 'Home' 'Downloads' 'Gallery' 'Your Account' 'Forums'
I obviously have similar on my Nuke 6.7 site but would like them to link to content that is not available on the module navigation.
For example an 'About Us' page
How could I go about this would I be best to create the HTML content and use Nuke Wrap for this purpose or is there an alternative method

You could create a 1 html page module. Here is an example how to: http://nukecops.com/PHP-Nuke_include-html-file-in-module.html
If you wish to have the link to that module in the theme header, you will need to modify your theme you will be using.
