I have tried to change the time in my forum repeatedly. I have it set to GMT -5 hours. It is still GMT +10 hours. No matter what I do, it will not change.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Thank you

If the above all are correctly reported, then you are supposed to manipulate DB directly.

Open your phpmyadmin and find nuke_bbconfig table. Of nuke_bbconfig table, you will see TZ field. If GMT + 10 is there, then change it to -5.

That's all.
