Problem downloading

Well i got this error on my site when i set the template to this and i dont kno how i can get into my .admin.php to change it back to the defalt one here is my problem please respond asap

It is looking for the file themes/akodarkgem/theme.php
Do you have it on your server?

no i installed it and i set it up as that under cpanel and then i got that message and now i cannot access my cpannel or anything
