hello, i don't no if this is the right place for my post. if it isn't sorry Embarassed

well, i have a version 6.x of php-nuke. On the forum i have for example:

Car
- Parts1
- Engine1
- Other1

Motorcycle
- Parts2
- Engine2
- Other2

Can i take one category (for example Other1) and make a block that shows the topics of it?

Yes, but you would need to write a custom block.
