uprgading to phpbb 2.0.17 help

i believe i did everything correctly except putting the upgrading_to_latest.php i put it in wrong place i think anyways here is the error im getting

correction the forums show up blank the forum admin shows errors

You CANNOT use the original phpBB files to upgrade your phpNuke. You must use the BBToNuke ported files available at http://www.nukeresources.com - note: they are not cumulative

i used the link on bottom of my admin page on forums and then downloaded what it told me to
