Installing phpnuke themes

hi, um, i downloaded two themes i really like from this site the first one was SpacePilot3k6.5 and the second was BMan1Blue6.5. well i really like the first one, and i uploaded it exactly like it was, like all the files in their folders and ect. and when i went to my site and looked in the themes, it wasnt there, so, i downloaded another one, did the same thing, and that one wasnt there either, can someone tell me whats wrong? i have version 7.7 and it says 6.5 and up so.. i need help, can someone help me?

did u upload in the themes folder? have you gone to preference in Admin Control panel and change your current theme to the new theme?

yes i did, and wen i go the admin panel, the thing is i dont see the new theme, when i click on the little drop down arrow

it should have been there if he theme is uploaded to theme folder . is there index.php in the theme?

the index.php is necessary in the theme . without it you will not see the theme . Try to download some other themes , then u tell me if it works .

okay i added a index.php file, and it worked, but wen i clicked on it, the whole page wuz white, wutz wrong now?

What you have to make sure to have is theme.php - it is not index.php
Have you tried enabling error reporting and checked your error logs?

um no, but i found a new theme, thanx
