Okay I am not sure I made a superadmin. I added a new user but how do I make him super? I opened up phpmyadmin and did what I was suppose to there (created it) but I am not sure what I am doing wrong. Also when I am signed on (admin) I can't go to edit admins it says acess denied.
I read somewhere about checking my permissions (did that), I reuploaded everything in case it didn't get loaded correctly (as ACSII mode) and nothing changed.
I don't know if this matters or not but I have phpnuke 7.7 |

I have looked at my authors table. I have 2 in there now there is this area that is labeled radminsuper and I have 1 set for both. Is that what is wrong? I can't even log in anymore... not sure what I did. I will keep messing around with it though. |

Might be easier if you are in a new install to just reinstall the sql file and creat the superadmin thru the top block when you first go to the site. |

I did what you said with my username (main one) and nothing changed. I went directly to my admin.php and when I went to sign in it wouldn't work. |

He means the original SQL file from your PHPNuke version.
Be warned that doing this will reset your site and you will lose your current data, but sounds like a fix to your problem to me. |

It's the only thing I can think of doing right now. I can even add news to my site so it's not going to be a big deal.
I don't know what original SQL file you are talking about, sorry. I used my control panel to put it on my site so I didn't really have to deal with all that. |

If you would like email me at admin@nukedesign.com and I can do that for you for a small fee.
Up to you, but I can get it back to original running smoothly again.
Other future services are also available.
Thanks
