No front page or admin-HELP!!!!!

Hi,
I was trying, like I said trying, to a module and blew out my front page and my admin. I tried replacing the admin.php file and it's still not working. And idea how to fix this??? You can view my problem here:

You may need to enable error reporting in your config.php (if using the Patched files), otherwise check your error log on your server

I'm not running a patched version. And where do I go to check for these errors?
