User status: offline with nuke 7.6 patch2.9

ok i searched the web and the forums here i found also a aticle that shows u how to fix it but that only works for older phpnuke versions.

i got the problem that 80% of the new user who register to my site cannot login it says

User status: offline

i don't think that this is a cookie problem. i got over 25 000 members and i hope its not because of that.please help if you can

i am using phpnuke 7.6 patch 2.9 and nuke sentinal with it.

I think I fixed it:

Get the NSNMyAccount upgrade from Nuke Scripts that corresponds with your version of nuke from www.nukescripts.net. The one you are looking for is NSN_Your_Account_760_330

Pay attention to the readme file, because there is a small mod to the mainfile.php that could be the solution.

I think it solved my problem... but I'm not sure yet. I have to test it, and ask the people who were having the problem if it's fixed.

Did this resolve your issue? I am still having trouble finding this module...
