how do i remove the time in the news post on the main page? i.e. Wednesday, May 11 "@ 22:18:20 BST". I just want the date to be under my post. Also how do you change the format of the date to DD/MM/YY?

Thanks Smile

To remove the time, you have to edit your theme.php file, and find "format story" function. Then you can delete the code that refers to date&time.

Actually I think that this is the one you want:

"To reflect the new time zone that may be implied by the hardcoded time offset, you would also want to change the _DATESTRING definition in your language file, e.g. language/lang-english.php:

define("_DATESTRING","%A, %B %d @ %T %Z");

You can change the "%A, %B %d @ %T %Z" string to whatever you deem appropriate."

This is buried in a section in the PHP-NUKE HOWTO about adjusting server time. For example see here: http://phpnuke.org/modules.php?name=PHP-Nuke_HOWTO&page=adjust-server-time.html
