BODY tag is in your theme.php - for the JavaScript part you may have a header.html or possibly edit the theme.php again

where in the world do i put the actual java scripting

in php u have to run certain scripts in an order like i use the shoutbox and if i place em in the wrong area they wont work and it can - or neither will work or one or the other will work

i need to know what file and where in that file to place the javascript

ive tried placing it in the javascripts.php but no luck

anyone else got any more ideas

Put the scripts in the theme's root directory.

Where do you want to render such dhtml popup?
Just post an example. Also, check www.nukekorea.net site to get an idea if you are not sure where is the most proper place. Change your theme-pack on the right-top corner in www.nukekorea.net, and then select top menu or navigation bar menus. Then you will see two different types of DHTML pop-ups. Ok, in forum, you will see quick reply button which drops downward as a pop-up. Just catch an idea and post it. Then, I will point out where you will edit and change. Good Luck.

its a actual POPUP window not a menu span or anything

here is a link to it in plain html

www.thelounge.jnmel.com/popups/test.html

the webpage is black but the tool bar is a pop up that the page makes open on load

i just cannot make it work on phpnuke -- i even had a php programmer attempt to make it work -- he had it working in FireFox but not in IE

so im stumped to hell

any ideas??
