One of my User is having a problem, login, I think she misspell her passwd, and now she can't login, I try to reset, but can make it to work!
How can I Fix this Problem

1) log in as an admin
2) select users menu icon
3) type in your name (her ID) and select change option
4) simply change her password
5) let her know the new password which you changed
6) tell her change her own password when she logs in successfully.
