getting started with nuke

I only get an error when I try to open my site(see picture at this link:http://www.ktv.no/~mk8/tard/Untitled-1.htm)
somebody knows why? I have waited long, but I dont think that this is the problem.
I am an n00b and dont know much about PHP-codings Embarassed

could be one of 2 things.....

1. no MySQL database installed with nuke.sql input into it
2. config.php file not setup properly
