when i disable the site using 2.1.3 version of sentinel, all the visitors see message that "We are currently closed for site and/or server updates."

how can i edit this message?

Not familiar with Sentinel but what I've done is edit
db/db.php then you can place the wrong name for your database in config.php. When the script can't find the database (because the name is wrong) your edited db/db.php will be displayed.
