My friend sent me a link of a site that would remove the banners and pop ups from tripod.... I pasted them where they were supposed to be and it totally locked my site and i can't do ANYTHING with it now...... Every single page is GONE... does anyone know how I can fix it? Or am I screwed?

How did you paste them? Just remove the file changes and/or database changes
