I have been getting this message for about 4 days now. I have made no changes that I can thing of that would cause this. This is a neewbie question but if anyone knows how to fix this plz let me know. And it is not just me, anyone that tries to post on my site gets it as well.

In your Forums configuration, turn down your "Flood Interval"

yea that did not work any other thought, it is set to 10 secs on the flood now

Something is messed with your cookies then, clear your cookies and login again

tried that, the only thing that worked was deleteing my account and setting it up again.
